Many of you don't know this, however, Lady GaGa is my inspriation. I look up to her. When people find this out, they often say, "Ew, she's crazy!" or "She's so slutty, have you ever seen her outfits?". My counter to this is simple. So what if she's crazy? Insanity isn't something to fear or shun. She may be classified as insane, but who's to say insanity isn't beautiful, or genious? She's creative. She doesn't care what anyone thinks or says, she does what she wants.
 
Another thing I respect about Lady GaGa is that she's bringing back "showbiz". She's bringing back the glamour of fame and performing, which I truely admire. She has kept a classy reputation in the media, and when she suffers from an occasional slip-up on a rare bad day, it doesn't tarnish her image.
 
Now, I challenge you. Find someone you admire. Not just because of their popular songs, adorable outfits on the red carpet, or pretty magazine covers. Find someone you admire because of their intent, their message, their morals. And check out some of Lady GaGa's unpopular songs..a few of my favorites

this was my first set in a while. wow. i left here a long time ago discouraged by the lack of recognition i was receiving. but i've learned, it's not about recognition on polyvore, or anywhere else for that matter, but its about doing what you love, expressing yourself, having fun. and if no one cares, let it be. do it for YOU and only YOU, and honestly f.u.c.k everyone else!♥
 
anyway, summer is here!♥ i'm sure everyones really excited as am i. but there are a few things to remember, such as SUN PROTECTION. with the ozone layer weakening, its soooo important that we protect ourselves even more. here are a few tips to stay safe from sun damage..
~apply a high SPF sunscreen about twenty minutes before exposure
~wearing a stylish hat protects your hair from the damage of the sun
~sunglasses aren't just for show, they also protect your eyes! so throw on a pair of your favorite shades
~reapply your sunscreen every two hours or so when you are active
~hidden protection is often in make up! look for products with SPF__ on the label. this is often found on lip balm/gloss/stain, bronzer, blush, highlighter, and moisturizer
~take a break from constant sun exposure to make sure you arent burning
~weather you burn OR tan, you are still damaging your skin in the same way
~check your body regularly for newly developing marks, such as moles.

you guys are ridiculous. you only fave sets based on the name of the creator, not the set it self. i can't take it any longer. if the sets i make were published under the name of someone such as Cari, Jasmine, or someone, they would have hundreds of faves. that is in no way, shape or form offensive to those two girls, they make amazing sets. its offensive to YOU! yes, you. the little followers of people like them. got it? so don't say i'm offending them. BECAUSE I'M NOT. you can say i'm begging for faves, and you know what....
YOU'RE RIGHT. I AM.
i think my sets deserve more faves, when i take two hours and a lot of effort to make sets, i'm expecting more than 7 faves.
 
i'm not someone who ruins polyvore, i'm saying what i'm thinking. like it or not, thats what i think, and i'm not holding it in. comment below, and i'll defend myself;)
